Dr. Madelaine Jong was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. She completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at McMaster University before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto. Following dental school, she pursued a pediatric-focused general practice residency at The Hospital for Sick Children, where her experiences there solidified her decision to pursue pediatric dentistry. She went on to practice in pediatric dental offices in Toronto for one year before completing her pediatric dental residency at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. She is happy to be back home in Canada and outside of dentistry, she enjoys staying active through hiking, spending time with her family and friends, and learning new skills!
